Deadline for MPA Hangar Rebates
March 31, 2017
In order for the MPA Hangars to receive their rebates of $4.50 per paying member for the 2016 dues year, all Hangar officers must be current 2017 members and the Annual Hangar Information Forms for 2016 must be received by March 31st at the latest. Join pilots and friends from around the northwest at Jerry Cain's annual BBQ and community open house at the Lincoln, MT airport (S69) on Saturday July 22nd with the core time frame from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm for the BBQ, but anyone can arrive earlier or stay later. There are four bicycles available to ride into town or a one mile walk.
Jerry will provide hamburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings, Lizís chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and bottled water and tea. Attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite potluck dish to share with others. Donations are appreciated, but not required.
There is an airplane tie down area and campground on the Blackfoot River at the approach end of runway 4 with tables, fire rings, and an outhouse. Those wanting to camp could arrive any day earlier and stay as many days as they wanted. From the campground on the river, one can shortcut to town through the ranger station compound making it about Ĺ mile.
Fly your favorite airplane in and show it off to the community of Lincoln. There will be aviation and airport related exhibits and Young Eagle Flights.
